Cold Cake

Try this amazing Cold Cake for fathers day

1 pk Philly or Kraft Cream cheese 8 oz

2 cans Nestle cream or Media Crema

1/2 or 3/4 can Dutch Lady Condensed Milk ( to your taste)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or lemon extract

1 can Fruit Cocktail ( or any fresh fruit of your liking)

3 pks Gamesa Maria biscuits

Method

With hand mixer whip cream cheese until creamy. Add the condensed milk, nestle cream, lemon juice/essence and 1/2 of the fruit cocktail juice.

In a square pan, layer Maria biscuits first, top with cream, make 3 layers having cream be the last layer. Refrigerate for a few hours and top with fruits before serving.

If you want to make a bigger size, just double ingredients.

Cinnamon Rice Pudding

6 cups Dutch Lady milk (skimmed)​

1 cup medium grain rice​

1/4 cup white granulated sugar​

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)​

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract​

1/4 cup raisins (optional)​

1/2 cup condensed Dutch Lady milk (optional)​

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional)​

Preparation ​

Combine the milk, rice, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, mixing occasionally.​

Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally while scraping the base and sides of the pan with a wooden spoon, until thick and creamy (about 15-20 minutes). ​

Once rice is soft and cooked through, mix in the condensed milk and butter. Add 1/4 cup extra milk - only if needed, to achieve your desired consistency.​

Pour the rice among serving bowls sprinkle with extra ground cinnamon, and raisins.

Easy Barbecued Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pkg (16 oz.) ground turkey, thawed
1 small each green and red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 hamburger buns

Instructions
Step 1
Cook turkey in large nonstick skillet until done, drain. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
Step 2
Add barbecue sauce; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Fill buns with turkey mixture.

Slow-Cooker Party Wings
3 lb chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1 cup KRAFT Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place chicken on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. Transfer chicken to slow cooker; discard foil with any drippings.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken; stir to evenly coat. Cover with lid.
Step 4
Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours)..
